IMO, it's not. However, maybe it is better, seeing that there could be conflicts if the cases remained independent, with independent resulations..one final say would be the best.

"ORDER filed. Appeal Nos. 2014-1236, 2014-1239, 2014-1242, and 2012-1243 are consolidated. "

With that order, the process will be dragged out as all participate in the process of one case...Everyone gets their say of how their issues are engaged in the case.

Time is of the essence, one on one is simple where the process was already 1/2 over. This is like starting over with multiple respondents.

e.Digital has 30 days to answer this issue...which I guess is what they were previously preparing for....Woodmans motion to consolidate.

Was their a motion to consolidate by Woodman ?
