imo, only later 4 are consolidated....futurewei...is a "companion" case and gets the same oral argument panel.....futurewei is still on it's own track, imo...it is case 19.....other 4 are consolidated....with one eye, no biggie. futurewei is not in the consolidation in lowly opinion....other 4 still runner ups....with no winner LOL
