Difficult to figure if this is of any consequence or not. She seems to have distanced herself from the company in the past several years. Maybe she is planning on resigning from the board? The total dollars is of no significance, but I guess the intent could be. One would guess that she is not aware of any imminent good news regardless or she would have waited to sell.
