Points really well taken and certainly, you can't announce a deal before it's inked or even suggest that one, or many, are in process until they are finalized.

However, a year ago EDIG announced publicly,with some fanfare, their retaining of IPMETRICS. Publicly, they stated the goals and objectives of reaching out to that company for assisiatnce.

EDIG announced the hiring of that firm as they saw those actions as important, to inform their shareholders and to also attract additional interest in the company.

Yes, you can piece together some conclusions from the company statements ( which you have done an excellent job in doing) however, at least in my opinion, guess work should be needed as it's time to review as clear a statement, as the original press released was, as to IPMETRICS progress or transition of responsibilities.

Of course, JMHO and what the heck do I know?
