Generally speaking, people buy for one reason, they believe that stock is going up. There are many reasons for people to sell and this board has offered some of the possibilities. Probably will never know. Highly doubt that she is selling because she knows that things are about to go downhill. A board member diving out, the contrarian view would be to buy since she seems to be the only one. I'm not buying, just holding.
