I have always liked your cryptic posts--find them entertaining. So now IYVHO, what does this mean? Dismissed=settled=money? Dismissed the appeal of one, but not the others that had combined with RIM? Dismissed the appeal--I thought we needed to see these to the end to get some significant dollars. Won't hold you to your response.
