Good thoughts as usualy from you BLR.
I'd like to add something that I've mentioned a few times over the years since the litigation started.
The most important thing to me is, what EDIG does with money from settlements. Since the amount received to date is not substantial, with an update mid June for the complete year, the funds have kept us afloat and afforded among other things, money to put towards developing new IP and achieving to date, 6 Nunchi and 1 microSignet patents. The internal cost to do so such as patent attorney, filing fees, Nunally, other employees resources, was done without the need to borrow a dime nor print more shares.
The last time the SH's approved a vote to add 50 mln more shares taking the A/S from 300 to 350 mln was Sept, 2008. Fred announced at the Nov, 2009 SHM we were debt free and it has stayed that way.
If we come into some substantial cash, that's when my interest will peak.
Will mgmt:
With substatial funds, the status quo won't be at all popular to say the least.
Until then....
