First NDAs are not revealed by the parties that initiated-be they attorneys or laymen. It's a serious professional no no and the attorneys involved may very well loose their license to practice. Second, it is really ignorant to suggest that Edig may have received a higher amount in a settlement than they declare. Indeed, no NDA will have a provision that the parties can do that because the other interesting party is IRS. And when a company records an expense another company has to show the same amount as revenue and IRS is watching the transaction. A CEO cannot do what some posters have insinuated. He/she simply goes to prison.

Now, members of this board may complain about the competence of the management but not its integrity. They are not fellons. The management tries as hard as they can or know. After all Fred himself has a very large number of shares and he would like to retire.
