DRVEN...No disrespect, IMO, the company management, at this time, are exhibiting about all they can do...nothing. The company is being held hostage by the legal system....and there is nothing that they can do about that until a resolution comes full circle from the Colorado ruling. 774 must be allowed to be re-litigated along side of the Re-exam cert..

You really have to understand how important it is to get this RAM issue off their back.

This is all connected, they know it, I know it ...and I understand their position because of it.

If Fred hints at optimum at this time, when he really has no idea yet ....and the appeal results are not to allow 774 to be re-litigated...he'll be considered a thief in the after math...He will be accused of trying to prop up the SP with false implications.

IMO, he simply does not have the insight to do anything yet....regarding optimum.
