I do not think we do nor the difference between the two. They asked for dismissal of our original complaint, we filed a lengthy amended complaint, they withdrew their request for a hearing to discuss the dismissal of the original complaint, because of the new information, they need more time to review it and state that they intend to request dismissal of the new information as well. Either the court will or will not dismiss the amended complaint. We have no idea if our amended complaint has more teeth than the original one or not? I am beginning to have an understanding of how a blind person would feel running a marathon.
