I completely agree that the time for MS is right now! This needs to be licensed or sold during this current furor over cyber security. It is on everyone's minds and the price paid would likely be the highest. I do not have a clue as to Nunchi. It has been around longer than MS and is seemingly much more complex. Straight forward, Micro Signet is a cyber security solution--sell it/license it now.
