Gotta wonder about these guys. While it may be that there is some ``bad blood`` between Wencor and EDIG, it seems there would still be an interest on Wencor`s part to maintain some momentum and pursue sales/profits from the (EDIG) digEplayer. But look around, and here`s what you find (or don`t find):

Go to the Wencor site. Zero mention of the digEcor, or the digE or IFE (what they are, how to get `em, benefits, etc.). You`ll only find two old PR links - one about B/A Spectrum seats and digEsystem, the other about SilkAir to offer digEs (from November 12, 2004). That`s it!

Go to the digEplayer site. Clearly tied to Alaska Air and only Alaska Air, and of course the now defunct APS. While the ``currently showing`` list might actually be current, the rest is ancient - at least two years old.

Go to the digEcor site. It takes you to the digEplayer site above! No mention of digEcor, or Wencor; no way to find out much about the device or how it works (they should take a lesson from the RWM site), no way to link to someone to find out more or order units (other than using ``contact us``).

Now that`s what I call strong, on-the-ball marketing!

Again, it would seem they`d want to keep some momentum going, if nothing else for the digEpayer/digE-whatever name regardless of who ultimately does the product.

But I KNOW nuttin`!
