Who decides the finacial amount of relief justified in a settlement based on info from the plaintiff and defendant?

• The court?
• DM?
• Handal?
• Fred & Allen?
• Mutual agreement?

Awe heck, lets just blame Fred...it's the easiest thing to do.

DM's deal was 40% plus internal expenses..filing fees, clerical costs...misc.

Handal's deal is 33.33% plus ditto as was DM, also included is a 30K/mo up front fee creditible upon settlements.

How about we say the law firms are incompetant because they are supposed to be greedy scum bag low lifes that are only in it for the money and they have failed to do what we all know they do...LMAO!!!

But wait, tteddy says judges make decisions based on opinions, not the law. He also says judges do not understand the tech, have a tee time with the defendants, are getting their nwallets lined by them as well...that's it...the judges are to blame...finally I figured it out.
