Blue Sands IP does extensive DD to determine if infringement claims are warranted before Handall will go to the "trouble" to file, and lets remember there are court fees coming out of EDIG's pocket. I seriously doubt Tony and crew would hap hazardly goes about their business without regard to all that is involved. Nunally is also on the DD team for this purpose.
Even with the above, there will be times the shoe ends up not fitting for one reason or another, as it did with a few in the DM CO 19 and they are let off the hook.
Without Pacer details, we really don't know what took place, and EDIG PRing it has stopped with the 13 filings prior to the "41."
I don't understand the stratedgy why PR stopped, but I'm on Tony's side for making this decision...at least it my opinion he is pulling that string.
