2 of 3 "inventors" are no longer with EDIG and the application is assigned to EDIG.

Bostenaro is a co-author, our Cheif Engr, and Nunally is there to assist in responding to "office actions", in this case a non final rejection. Pat has been doing this all along so it is said at SHM's.

As I posted previously, IMO it was no longer worth spending the money/time to pursue it any further, and also IMO the objections were too much to overcome so they dropped it.

I doubt the company will ever address what happened either.
