Sometimes we have to view this type of give-and-take as the

emodiment of the priciples that created this nation, namely, that ``It is through the friction of factions that multitude of ideas arise, and the best prevail``...

Although, when the discourse degenerates to `` He said- she said, and loose civility`` it becomes hard to extract just what ideas are being discussed and which ones are the best?
