I have a Samsung S4, great product.

While visiting with friends, watching sports, Irish Pub style, I put it in voice recorder mode, laid it on the bar and said nothing.

About 10 minutes later, "hey guys, been recording our discussion...want to hear it?" "WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION?" "Ya, so what?" "OK, play it."

After 3 minutes a guy who was making a total azz of himself, asked me to shut it off...LOL!!! The rest of us were cracking up!

He asked me to delete it so I said, "sure thing, but let me upload this to YouTube 1st OK?"

And that's how the fight started...

I assured him I was just kidding and deleted it...too funny.

Point is though, privacy was out the window long ago with these gadgets.
