I'm uncertain why you believe I could answer either question but I'll respond to you since you asked . For the first I think people here take issue with a particular article since that article is wrong in it's characterization. One can either accept it for what it is and move on or take issue.

As for the second I can only say I thought the ones infringing were the ones defending.
