Another question comes to mind--did we recover any damages for past infringement and they cannot use the patents between now and when they expire or the punishment is just that they cannot use the patents? I believe that they did not even respond to the suit, maybe they have so few infringing products that they did not really care and can use them in the fairly near future upon expiration? Joe I hope you are right, but the markets do not seem to think it is big news. I'll check Topram stock if they are listed.
