I`m not sure it reduces EPS by anything if the $20.00/ unit royalty is built into the cost they charge/unit. ie. They may quote a customer $1,020/unit instead of $1000. The cost is just passed along to the customer.

I don`t see any reason why EDIG couldn`t negotiate a contract with another certified airline provider if indeed our contract with Wencor has been terminated. It`s our technology with their shell. They were after our IP and we didn`t yeild. It wouldn`t surprise me if IMS or some other unknown were interested in our technology.

It also wouldn`t surprise me if Railway Media wanted to negotiate directly with us either. They approached us initially and we referred them to Wencor when relationships were on better terms. I may be reading the tea leaves incorrectly but I seem to remember when Railway media`s site incorectly touted the technology as being Wencor`s. Everyone just about flipped out. The next day the correction was made to the web site. All it took was a phone call from EDIG to correct the inaccuracies. About a week later, Wencor officially announces their new technology design team. I`m sure the decision making process took more than a week but the timing of that announcement relative to what happened the week before didn`t go unnoticed, at least by me and IMHO I think Railway Media knows what was going on as well. I`m not saying they are in our back pocket but I think there`s as good a chance as not that they are dealing with us directly.
