They were cloaked from view for as long as is possible through the PTO process--there have been no licenses signed to this point that have been announced--could it be possible that the Nunchi patents that were granted somehow combine things that others have been doing for years but in a unique way? Hardly anyone, "more than 50 and less than 100" companies are seriously looking at it--how could they already be infringing unless they were prior to the granting of the patents? What am I missing besides everything.
