I have been in private chats for months (email) with many here on this topic, after this addendum was mentioned, in part only via a simple statement in a PR...Nov 13, 2013...Continued marketing the Nunchi® family of patents: The Company is marketing its Nunchi patent portfolio through a modified licensing strategy involving the assistance of its law firm, Handal & Associates.

Yesterday's PR says...Nunchi® and microSignet™ marketing – The Company modified its relationship with Handal & Associates (“Handal”) to include the marketing and enforcement of the Company’s Nunchi and microSignet patent portfolios.

From all company statements at SHM's and past PR's, the INTENT was to sell/license, both new IP's, plus enforce on the backside, Flash-R. Handal was to execute the license agreements, or be there to sue the bastards should that be the case, which obviously, is where we sit, re: Nunchi and microSignet.

All retail businesses we shop at, have carts to carry items we grab off the shelves, take to the check out line and PAY for what is in the basket. The retailors INTENT is to sell us their inventory, but to be on the safe side, these stores are full of cameras and watchful eyes of employees, including security staff in many cases, should we stuff something under our shirt, put it in our pockets and walk out, get caught, pay the "price" on the back side.

So, what we have here, is the company trying to sell, but if it gets stolen, Handal will go after our money from the back side. Blue Sands IP and with Nunally also involved, are there to catch the theives.

The shame is, in the tech world, IP theft is the "norm." When you are a little 7 person "IP House" trying to "sell" to these giant consumer electronic bully's, they have the money and legal staff to snub their noses at us, steal it and pay less at a later time. This is what we are facing.

The good news, if I can even call it that, we never had a Handal et al watching our backs.

8-29-13 SHM: over 50 and less than 100 "notified" of the Nunchi Patent Portfolio with "many conducting DD." This means many signed NDA's and the rest are just stealing it???

Nothing said here will change the cards we have been dealt.
