Conclusion, "no one liked the 10-K" is a misrepresetation of the facts, using this metric as an indicator.

The PPS was .044 at close Thurs, it dropped 9.1% to .04 at close Fri.

Hardly what I call a panic attack with thousands of stockholders bailing.
