Law360, San Francisco (May 08, 2014, 8:41 PM ET) -- A California federal judge ordered SK Hynix America Inc. to hand over sales information for flash memory chips and products, to a proposed retailer-customer class claiming SanDisk Corp. used its patents to monopolize the flash memory market, saying Thursday she didn't buy Hynix's argument that the plaintiffs lacked standing.
