IMO, the new law suit is much different than the flash suits which were filed well after the the infringement activity.

At least for this investor, this law suit sure confirms EDIG's conviction on our CA's IP origin, and strength. We've heard so very little on Nunchi's licensing efforts, since the SH meeting two years ago, that this affirmation is welcomed development.

I guess this is now how the game is now played.

For the inventors and innovators ( who really have built our economy) it's create, file for patent protection, attempt to license and then file law suits.

Pretty sad commentary.
