Financials should be out on Monday the 14th

It`s Will Blakeleys first day and financials should accompany his arrival. I would think his name would go on the business update even though he`s a tenderfoot. I know there was no transition between him coming and Atul leaving....in fact I think a couple of weeks transpired with no one officially at the helm. I`d like to think that the first opportunity to communicate with the shareholders will reveal allot about the direction the company is headed and what kind of President he will make, but my instincts tell me it will be a progress report with just enough guidance going forward to content us but not much in terms of forward looking statements.

What strikes me as a real positive is the terms of the receint financial filing. With a known burn rate of around $200K thats aproximately 2 1/2 months staying power if no additional revenues are added to the mix. It would seem that the intent is to buy us the necessary time to turn a profit and make this a going concern for once.

I personally think that the MedeViewer has more to do with educating patients (pre-op, post-op, therapy, diet, conditioning, etc.) than entertaining them although it seems as though it could do both. They`ve kept this thing under wraps which is to their credit. There have been no insights, as far as I`m aware, as to what it looks like, how it functions, nor it`s intended purpose in the marketplace. I think the Indian engineers that Atul contracted with were hired to develope various versions of this DVAP platform. The health care industry represents just one business model. Military applications could take it in an entirely different direction. This is an information delivery system as much as it is IFE.

I think EDIG could emerge out of this 5 year doldrum with a business plan that actually has promise given the right leadership. I`m anxious to hear what Will has to say on Monday if for no other reason than insight into the new leadership of the company.
