Your points are well taken, I really mean that Sinkman, but here's what the company, namely Cocumelli, Nunally & Falk have said when asked these questions at 2 SHM's, statements in PR's and rediscussed when I have visited, in pressing them to put more info out there....paraphrased as follows...

Our website gives a general description of what Nunchi can do for the user, the patent claims are available for public view via the USPTO website, but that's all we are willing to share to the world.

We are not marketing Nunchi to the general public (end user), only wireless carriers, OEM's and search engine firms.

Furthermore, we will not provide additional details, such as product demos, answer DD inquiries, without having an NDA in place.

Lastly, there is too much risk to over expose our Nunchi IP, such as to the general public.

Whether we agree or not, this is the strategy.
