IMVHO we wil not see any more nunchi suits right away !

If you recall our very first suit , Vivatar , a solo filing

a single co. / easy to prove infringement / Markman claims to be construed us against them not us against the world , Then file against multiple Co's.

one little problem , Vivatar went BK , Just Edig's luck

Seems to me it's a common strategy to file first against a very selected target

to have the markman then on to the world ! all just ric's opinion and i'm wrong 99.9% of the time ! LOL
