IMO at the time this was filed , there were no other cases filed that we know of . Having responded to the court at that time it doesn't mean they weren't considering filing against others nor does it preempt them from filing other cases now.
But I do think along the same lines that Handal would like this one to play out without complicating the situation by bringing in other defendants. Unlike flash where there was little choice in the matter.
