I really think that this sounds right down Nunchi's aisle! Since 1999 Bill Gates has talked about everything being inter connected. The cloud is making that possible & this article describes how a large corporation might jump on this! It is interesting that the way the writer see's it , a proprietary IP comes in & ties many of the lose ends together in a hostage type situation.
