Questions? mostly unasked!

I've been waiting for the appeal to get finished along with everyone else & have had time to stop and ask myself many questions about Edig and where they are going!
I am positive about Edig in all 3 IP's but I believe that the real game changer, good or bad is with the appeal upcoming in a very ( hopefully ) short time!
I decided to play devil's advocate and ask pointed questions and then see if I could find any answers to them.
After I wrote down the questions , I went to the lastest 10k for some relief and only got indigestion and a few answers. In the 10k Edig points out several times that companies will go for litigation before licensing early on, that it would take a clear win to really move offending companies, & that other IP could be very difficult to also license due to other companies veiws on litigation. Kind of puts it in perspective.
Anyway, I will continue to try to find out what I can for the questions that I have through direct e-mails to Edig.?
The questions are mainly about the Flash R Appeal
Here they are and away we go!
1) appeal / what if they lose?
monthly burn rate? ( approx. 141k )
total cash available ( avg. 1.8 million last yr. )
will they contact shareholder for explanation / update / other than 10k ?
future value of flash r as a whole & as parts ?
what to expect of other IP / nunchi or micro-signet ?
will Nunchi lawsuits follow the same path as flash r ?
Or does Handal have a different thought process on litigation other than what ( DM ) did ?
Nunchi timeline for litigation/ 6 months to 18 months ( per case? )
Micro - Signet / what about the prototype?
Length of time to produce a viable prototype ?
suggested time was 6 months ? edig what is realistic?
Is it a material event if the company knows that time & cash don't mesh, looking forward?
2) appeal / what if edig wins a partial judgement ?
Edig could pick and choose which companies & which parts of flash r to prosecute / But
limited.
Possible overlap of parts of different aspects of flash r IP that again could cause problems
& delays of cash coming in / some ok & some lost to the judgement process.
Would be able to continue moving forwards, but at a disadvantaged rate.
Would need to explain company moving forward for shareholder trust!
3) appeal / what if Edig wins outright ?
All companies in tech arena would be put on notice immediately!
Edig possibly offers convincing terms for contracts with ( violators ) future parteners
for a limited timeframe moving forwards.
After a limited timeframe, any company not complying would be sued aggressively.?
Edig could / would expand it's flash r IP throughout the tech arena.
possible end result would be to become a universal standard.?
With contracts in hand / Edig could start it's own form of M & A.
I know that these are vague questions to some degree but the answers would bring up other questions that also need an answer.
This isn't a knock on Edig , just questions brought up from comments made on agoracom.
And the comments are great as they have started many conversations!
