..It's a digital data discovery issue, it spells out the methods and boundaries of digital discovery through limited search words...agreed to by the court, or between opposing parties.
If one goes over the boundaries set by mutual agreement..., the allowed words used in a search, you pay for it out of your own pocket. Where, on any judgments, it's not, IMO, subject to recovery.
