Anyway…All dead ends now...these types of stories will never end.... and FoxConn will always find a way to make things work under it, at least for a for a few years at a time....
Though e.Digital cut off the head with regard to its IP in this case, I'm of the opinion, there's no stopping the infringement of US IP, by those that are willing to develop combinational : US store front corporations / combined with offshore corporate counter parts ...
US citizens, other than those holding hands with the off shore entities...e.g Apple, are subject to perpetual endless cycles of shell companies. This jeopardizes everything for the US middle class society.... from jobs to education ...it will all diluted just like its currency.
Welcome to the new world economy, as our former way of life is done...until the dollar value to compete worldly is brought down to the scale of, what was considered, third world countries.
Wall St. and the Fed Gov have flushed many of us down the toilet and many have no idea. There’s just no stopping unbridled greed.
I really feel sorry for issues like e.Digital and the dreams of those that start such ventures.
