It all depends on Signet and NUNCHI and what one feels for them...as patented independent entities.

IMO, prior to, or shortly after the appeal rulings for 774 and 108, e.Digital might have something positive for us they have been sitting on to offset the issues, they have done that in the past.

IMO....108 being set free is the most important issue of the appeal, If that happens I'll still be here.

Thing is, if there is a complete disregard for the 774 USPTO re-exam issues by both levels of the court system....I'm not going to be too overly enthused in any patents...as the USPTO has no teeth in the political arena .. Oops I mean the judicial system.
