Not really...most on the board understand the legal issues that have transpired.

They understand that it's not only about the technical issues that I venture...but more now, a concern for the judicial system and how political it is.

The board is active by some very astute people and they know exactly what is at stake...and it has nothing to do with e.Digitals technical considerations

There is a concern to understand why the SC judge rolled 108 into its CE ruling, where it had nothing to do with the CO Markman ruling ?

There is a concern to understand why the SC judge disregarded the full intent of the 774 re-exam as part of his decision making?

It's not a matter of giving up on e.Digital, it's now a matter of corporate influences on the US judicial system....and that is a sad state of affairs....if that is what e.Digital is up against.

We now want to understand issues that have noting to do with e.Digital in anyway.

Is a major component of US government a dead horse?…when it comes to such small fry (e.Digital) in the scheme of things?
