Yes, I read that contribution, however, as I see, the motion was not ruled on, the judge ruled in dismissing the case with prejudice.
The motion remains in limbo with the judges comments, that he would rule in favor of the sanctions.
As I see, e.Digital is responding with opposition to the remaining un-ruled motion....and the comments of the judge.
