Seems to be all personality drive at this point. “Letter of the Law”...what an F'n joke.
The judge for the recent issue, in a nut shell, entered personal feelings while entering an order to dismiss the case.
The judge could not force the proposed motion...however he sure made his feelings known what he thought of it.
Why do that? When two companies are trying to come to terms? Which they apparently concluded.
Was he sending a message to the defendant...."you should have hung in there Toshiba."
Thing is, he's sending a message beyond Toshiba now!!!
