Huff at the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, Courtroom 15A, 333 West Broadway, San Diego, California, Defendants Intel Corporation, Kingston Technology Company, Inc., PNY Technologies, Inc., and Verbatim Americas, LLC (the “Group 2 Defendants”), will, and hereby do, move to consolidate the claim construction proceedings in their litigations with the proceedings in the first set of e.Digital cases, represented by lead case 13-cv-2897-H-BGS (the “Group 1 cases”). This motion is based upon this Notice of Motion; the supporting Memorandum of Points and Authorities; the supporting declaration of Christopher M.
