I hate to be pesimistic but, In the case of Edig their history is one that you can steal it and worry about it later. The courts today do not want to disturb the functions of the really big companies by having litagation against them which is right against these companies because they stole the property that they are making billions of dollars from and are employing hundreds of people. So what happens , they table or kick the can down the road hoping that the company like Edig will just fade away.
Our judicial system sucks. Law no more matters. Your having patten rights to anything is bogus protection unless your an enourmous company.
The proof of this is that the USPO says that Edig is the owner of certain pattens and even after all that proof , judges use their power of discreasion or their opinion to get around making a decision that would nail these thieves to the wall.
When the judges screw you where do you go for justice?
