I expect that the Flash settlements will continue to be small but could increase some if 774 and 108 become unencumbered by the CE--could be helpful if just 108 is freed. It seems that the flash income is just enough to keep the company going and any larger settlements or a buy out would have to come from the success of Nunchi or Micro Signet or, of course, both. The flash portfolio was handled poorly and many of the mistakes of the past were not made with Nunchi and Micro Signet. It remains to be seen if either or both have value in the market place.
