I prefer a licensing agreement with quarterly royality payments on units sold.
What this company needs is a continuous revenue stream to sustain operations aside from litigation income, that will eventually dry up. It might be several years before Handal can do no more, but that day to come is a given.
I hear ya, but a one shot deal is doubtful to get new investors fired up to buy in.
