I'm really impressed by his staff.... they are not lax people.

Handal did a great job with the CE hearing...very straight forward.... and right to the heart of the matter.

Of the three judges, the lead was very understanding of the issues, and I hope she can bring some real substance to the final ruling in teaching the others.

It’s not that complicated to come to an understanding as to why the sole memory language was not changed during the re exam. It’s not hard to understand that 108 was not part of the CO ruling and that it is a separate and distinct patent.
