You are correct, but this is how Fred delivers what's happening. He's under no obligation to say "our customers are not renewing there service contract agreement past what's in place at this time, expiring Sept, 2015."

Instead he said it another way....that's what he and RP did...deliver it softly...lol.

Not saying I'm right, but this is my opinion.
