Consequently asking the court for:

"This limited continuance of deadlines is for good cause and so that justice may be served. The Parties do not submit this request to the Court for purposes of delay, but rather so that they may have time to finalize a written settlement agreement and dismiss this matter forthwith in its entirety."

With that continuance up to Dec 2nd:

"Pursuant to Local Civil Rule 7.2, the parties hereto will separately submit a Proposed Order granting the relief requested."

Got to wonder what is going on with these settlements...

This case went through a motion by defendant to dismiss...which Handal / Pamela put to bed by convincing the defendant to withdraw its motion… Where she knew that the judge would rule in the same fashion it ruled for Intels motion to to dismiss…denial

One thing for sure, the other defendants have no idea what is going on any better than we do.
