Judge : Look at figure 3 & 4 of diagram ( patent # 108 ) It includes RAM memory.

RAM is expressly included in patent # 108 compare to patent # 774.

Despite Re - examination do you think this patent still should be part of Collateral Estoppel ?

It is completely unrelated patent. Patent # 108 has not full claim construction & analysis and is not part of Collateral Estoppel !
