They're fighting an industry no telling what might happen...

Let’s see if the reaming cases settle out peacefully over 108 claims 2 and 5...If they do we're good to go.

For the 108 claim 1 cases they are settling in some agreeable fashion...what for is anyone’s guess...why should claims 2 and 5 be any different at this time?

Thing is not all the appellees are settling 108 at this time.

Stays reaming:

SanDisk Corporation....complaint 737, 774(item settled) ; 737 to be settled...will e.Digital leverage 108 in settlement? 108 was not an issue for SNDK initially...why are they still around?

Pantech Wireless, Inc. aka Pantech NorthAmerica; complaint 774, 737, 108 ; 774 no issue to settle.....737 to settle...108 to settle under new circumstances.

Fujifilm Corporation, complaint 774, 737, 170; all need to be settled...will e.Digital leverage 108 in settlement?

Woodman Labs complaint 737 ; will e.Digital leverage 108 in settlement? 108 was not an issue for Gopro initially...why are they still around?

Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd.; complaint 774,737,108,170; a dispositive issue for e.Digital based on the SPJ, however the appeal changes that situation as well, with regard to 108.
