Wow, that was quick--from 108 being declared out of the CE to a claims construction hearing date! I recall with the hearing in CO that we had "spies" in the audience, Silver Surfer where are you these days?--lurking I hope. Anyway, from his input we were able to guess how we may have faired, and of course, we did not get the verdict we all thought was coming for 774. Anyway, does anyone recall the approximate time between the claims construction hearing and the announcement of the results of said hearing? I do not, afterall it was @3 1/2 years ago, I just remember the numb feeling of watching the share price plunge.
