My understanding is there is a 6 year "look back" at the expiration of the patent...meaning the patent is NOW no longer yours to inforce but during those 6 years the patent was in force you find infringement you may still use legal means to protect your IE....but then again I am growing older, much older, with this stock so what do I know???
