The Court will hold a claim construction hearing on Friday, December 12, 2014 at 9:00 a.m.

It's December 1, 2014.....Could this be the start of the 12 days of Christmas for e.Digital? Here's wishing us the best this Holiday Season. Its my feeling that we will see some defendants fold before the construction hearing on December 12, 2014... and the one's that don't.... well, as the old saying goes... pay us now or pay us later... it's your call.

By the way, the opportunity for much larger settlements could be in the making, depending on the hearing of course. My hope for e.Digital has been rekindled... not that it ever left... but is sure was on life support for awhile...LOL
