It's fair to say, GOOG knows who EDIG is, in fact I guarentee it!

NUNCHI, 8-29-13 SHM..."over 50 and under 100 notified of the patent portfolio." This was said in the form of a question by our own BLR (1 of my occasional lunch buddies) to Cocumelli, in which he and Fred agreed with the statement, then Fred said, "with many conducting DD." This was IPmetrics role.

It was Handal & Assoc who sent the notifications out, as part of EDIG's expanded agreement to be involved in marketing/licensing, which was in a PR. I recall a few people on this board making comments about IPmetrics no longer being involved, and my opinion on the matter was they finished their task, got the info out there with NDA's required to work with EDIG to conduct DD, then Handal upped the ante...

Catch what I'm trying to say here....our hired gun notified these folks, if you steal it, we will come after you....in so many words...lol.

1. GOOG buys MOT.
2. EDIG sues MOT (PR 4-2-13) and reached a settlement.
3. GOOG buys Dropcam (date?)
4. EDIG sues Dropcam for using all 6 NUNCHI patents (date?)
5. EDIG sues Woodman Labs, dba GoPro
6. Rumor/prediction via greengo this morning, GOOG to buy GoPro.

Who here thinks GOOG has no idea who EDIG is???
